Chantra Khiri Chalet Chiang Mai, one of Chiang Mai’s Lanna style luxury resort and restaurant was opened since May 23, 2017. From its name, Chantra is from ‘จ’ and ‘ต’ in Thai language with the meaning of prosperity while Khiri means mountain, Chantra Khiri then means prosperity on/of the mountains according to the owner/founder Kriangsak Kanrayawattanajaroen who first travelled here for a coffee and fell in love with the land with this stunning panoramic view.

“a peaceful retreat where you can relax and enjoy nature’s beauty. The hotel offers stunning views, luxurious rooms with comfortable beds, and exceptional service. The staff, especially Doso and Nim, are professional, caring, and always ready to help. However, the location is quite remote, with no nearby grocery stores or restaurants.services like Grab or Bolt are unavailable, so you’ll need to use the hotel’s taxi service, which costs around 700-800 THB to reach the old city. ”

“Incredibly relaxing ”
“This is a gorgeous place just outside of Chiang Mai. It’s best to have a car to get to this hotel. The view is beautiful you can easily see the stars every night. The staff is warm and caring and their two dogs are amazing. Food is good as well. If you want a quiet, relaxing get away this is the place to go. ”

“Das Hotel ist traumhaft! Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Die Zimmer sind noch schöner als auf den Fotos und die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend, die ganze Anlage wird liebevoll gepflegt. Das Essen ist köstlich. Wir wollten anfangs nur 3 Nächte bleiben, haben dann aber auf 5 Nächte verlängert. Aktivitäten gibt es ebenfalls mehr als genug, auch wenn das Hotel etwas abgeschieden liegt. Wir können wirklich nichts schlechtes nennen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. ”

“Amazing stay ”
“I booked 2 suits at chantra khiri. One room for my wife, 2 kids and myself. The other room for my parents. We stayed for 3 nights during Christmas holidays. The room is very spacious and the quality of the equipments used inside the room are superb. Breakfast was great we didn't get bored after 3 meals. Service was very impressive all the staffs was very polite and owner of the hotel is also very friendly. Only improvement is for the service to be a little faster. The weather was really good as well since chantra khiri is located in hang Dong which is about 40 mins away from the city. So if you looking for a place for hideaway and recharge this is the place to be. ”

“房間：很多舊中式設計，有高級感。很特別。可惜設施有點舊，如水龍頭，花灑，水也是黃色的。 服務：找不到扣分位，笑容滿面。 地點：遠離市區，入了酒店不用到別處，請專心在酒店內打咭。渡過你整天的假期。但不用怕，超多打咭位。 餐廳：真的超美又超好吃，不論晚餐還是早餐都是一級水準。 建議：停留1晚起，2晚止。除非你有很多天假期。下雨的話很麻煩，因為停車場是露天的，沒有Lobby, 接待在餐廳，而停車場到餐廳也是露天的。可以的話可打電話過去，他們會駕駛哥爾夫球車去幫你搬行李。而去酒店可以call Grab. 但離開酒店就請早預備，很可能沒有Grab 車。而不是每個旅遊網都有車肯去這裡，如趕去機場請提早計劃。”
