“They have big room and clean very good test of food .only problem with air condition is direct wind to sleeping head”

“Very good restaurant, nice room but no pool chairs, (not enough customers?), staff not really motivated. Reception proposed us to leave the hotel at 2pm (thank you) but we leave around 11am. Nothing to do. Amazing location! ”

“Fantastic hotel and staff, its a place to relax and unwind and to enjoy the Mountain View, I recommend you get early arrival flights to Chiang Mai and rent a car from the airport, its a 40 minute drive and most of it is up a mountain windy road, and there is minimum street lighting so like country driving, Driving around Chiang Mai is not difficult and i just used iPhone maps, so have a Thai SIM card for data ”

“We started in central Chiang Mai for 7 days and came here for 2. Was perfect after the noise and traffic of the city. Food, staff, pool and room was top-notch. The view is why you come here. Loved it. ”

“I booked 2 suits at chantra khiri. One room for my wife, 2 kids and myself. The other room for my parents. We stayed for 3 nights during Christmas holidays. The room is very spacious and the quality of the equipments used inside the room are superb. Breakfast was great we didn't get bored after 3 meals. Service was very impressive all the staffs was very polite and owner of the hotel is also very friendly. Only improvement is for the service to be a little faster. The weather was really good as well since chantra khiri is located in hang Dong which is about 40 mins away from the city. So if you looking for a place for hideaway and recharge this is the place to be. ”

“Let me start with good stuff - property is excellent, modern with Thai aesthetic. We were in the Napa suite which is an excellent room overlooking the forest. Really beautiful views. Staff is very friendly & nice and hospitable. Now the peeves - the breakfast is really poor, very few choices with basics like cereal missing. Second, there are no facilities in the property - for eg no spa. It doesn’t help that the property is 25km away from the city centre - it’s great for relaxing but there’s nothing else to do other than reading a book. Highly recommended if you’re self driving & want to stay away from the city centre. You’ll have to keep going back to the city to eat and get massage though - if you don’t mind that ( we didn’t particularly mind it) - then, sure - it’s a really nice place to stay at. ”

“วิวสวยมากๆได้พักผ่อนเต็มที่ ได้สูดอากาศดีๆ ห้องพักตกแต่งดีมากประทับใจทุกอย่าง ที่นอนนุ่มเตียงกว้างนอนสบาย (พักห้องจันตราสวีทเบอร์ 17 ห้องดีมากๆ) น้องผู้ชายพนักงานฟร้อนท์ชื่อหนู บริการดีมาก แนะนำและดูแลดี สุภาพและทำตามรีเควสได้ดีมากๆ (ขอให้ช่วยจัดเซอร์ไพรซ์วันเกิดแฟนให้) โรงแรมตกแต่งดีและใส่ใจในรายละเอียด อาหารอร่อยมากอยากให้ลองทานมื้อเย็นที่นี่ อาหารไทยต้องยกนิ้วให้ ติแค่เรื่องความสะอาดนิดเดียวในห้องที่แม่บ้านลืมทำความสะอาดเอาแคปซูลกาแฟเก่าออกมาทำให้ใช้เครื่องชงกาแฟไม่ได้ แต่ถึงอย่างไรมีโอกาสก็จะกลับไปใช้บริการอีก ”
