“The road and the area up to the resort are very pretty. You have to drive up a short, but steep hill to get to the hotel. It's quiet up there and you mostly hear the sounds of nature--and some relaxing music coming from the restaurant. The grounds of the hotel are very nice--with neat plants and cool antique furniture. The view from the rooms (if you get one on the second floor or the third floor) are nice and you can sit on the balcony and have a nice cup of coffee looking out over the forested mountain on the other side of the valley. The rooms are large and have a nice sitting area. Beds are really comfortable and cozy. The pool is really close to the restaurant and the views out over it are nice. Pool closes at 6:00, because it's essentially an extension of the restaurant patio. The food was AMAZING. We are vegan/veg and there was not many options for us on a meat-heavy menu, but the ones we had were very, very good. We just kept having them over and over again. ”

“Such a nice,peaceful and unique hotel with the greaf view of the mountain.The suite room is good size,clean and well decorated with pieces of antiques. The food was wonderful as we had dinner at the hotel restaurant (which is famous for local)It was the best Mee Krached I ‘ve had in my life also nice blended water melon juice even set menu breakfast I was served a big glass of iced cappuchino.The best of all is the hotel staffs which is nice,helpful and humble with us so impressive.! “Very clean hotel that is beautifully designed. Built only 2 years ago. Only con is that you are isolated from town but if you have a car no problem. A great place for a very quiet relaxing stay . The coffee and wine bar across the property is very good and has beautiful views.”

“The hotel and scenery was absolutely beautiful. Staff were friendly. Food at the restaurant tasted great deserving it its Michelin Bib Gourmand. I enjoyed most dishes but some of the meat dishes were tougher than ideal like the grilled fish and boiled pork soup. Receptionists was kind enough to arrange a taxi back to the city for 1000 baht. Great getaway from the city life for 1-2 days”

“This was a great city detox place. The view from the main dining room/pool area was great. The staff were super nice. The surrounding area also has lots of little cafe's or destinations to go to, but you're gonna need a car. Would recommend this place to anyone who just wants to get away from the city and rejuvinate. Would recommend requesting a room with a balcony that looks out onto the valley though. ”

“Amazing facilities with 5 star staff who accommodated all our needs. Swimming pool was very big and was able to do laps. Only negative was the taxis who overcharged $1000 baht for a 8 mile drive to CNX. Taxis know you have no choice. All excursions using local taxis are most desired. $4000 baht for Chiang Rai, $2500 for Chiang Mai sites. Overall the resort was amazing with magical views every morning. Expecting gorillas to come out of the jungle with Jane. ”
